The style of Yoga I teach is gentle and progressive, working step by step i.e. in a “vinyasa”. Each class member works at their own individual pace and level. A variety of modifications are given as options and Yoga props, such as blocks, are used as aids. Courses generally run within school terms. The daytime ones are also planned to fit in with school timings. Each course is themed. Recent themes have included “Inner and Outer Posture”, “Basic Breathing”, “Mantra” (working with sound) and exploring each of the main Chakras (energy centres).
For regular classes there is a “try before you buy” policy which means that you can have a trial lesson free of charge (pre-bookings only: please ring me on (0116) 279 3397 – answer phone available).
